LINE-X :
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE LINE-X MATERIALS XS-100 Version number one is the most widely used product. It is a polyurethane/polyurea blend that exhibits excellent protective benefits along with economy. It has a textured finish and excellent elongation. It can be stretched to greater than twice its original shape before breaking. Moreover, it has exceptional impact resistance. This version is the most used because of the wide range of applications. Vertical, overhead, and horizontal applications are all common. As a truck bed liner, this version out-performs other sprayed-in liners on the market. The product designation is XS-100. XS-350/310 Version number two exhibits superior high-temperature and high strength properties. It is a pure polyurea that can withstand heat up to 350 degrees F. It also can be stretched to over twice it's length but yet has a tensile strength of 2600 psi. Since it is a pure polyurea it is virtually moisture insensitive allowing it's application in adverse weather conditions. The product designation is XS-350. XS-310 has the same physical properties as XS-310, however it is design for a slower set up time to allow better filling for waterproofing and decking type applications. Additional Materials are available for other applications. For example LINE-X recently developed XS BK 75. This product is designed for use as a secondary containment. With over 600% elongation and a relatively high strength, it is ideal for many secondary containment applications. Another product XS-70 has a tensile strength of over 6000 psi. This product can be used as a replacement of many plastic or fiberglass parts. Note: all LINE-X products along with sprayable polyurethane foams can be applied using the LINE-X commercial grade spray system.
