XS-100 SPRAYABLE BLACK TPU TEXTURED SYSTEM
DESCRIPTION:
XS-100 is a two component spray-in-place flexible 100% solid thermoplastic (TPU)
polyurethane/polyurea system. It is designed for processing through high pressure
impingement-mix polyurethane dispensing equipment.
USES:
XS-100 is a fast cure, textured surface, multi-purpose material, designed for
commercial and industrial applications not requiring rated materials. It exhibits
excellent adhesion to most material and is suitable as a protective-abrasive-impact liner
for trucks, trailers, and as and undercoat for equipment, etc.

Recommended Equipment Settings:
The polyol "B" component must be thoroughly power mixed each day prior to use.
Both the "A" ISO and the "B" polyol components shall be pump fed to
high pressure spray-in-place plural component dispensing equipment.

Pre-Heater Temperature
Component "A" 120° to 140°
Component "B" 120° to 140°
Gun: Glas-Craft Probler #02 round spray chamber or equal.

system (TPU). It is designed for processing through high-pressure impingement-mix
polyurethane dispensing equipment.
USES
XS-350 TPU is a fast cure, textured surface, multi-purpose material designed for
commercial and industrial applications not requiring rated materials. It exhibits
excellent adhesion to most materials and is suitable as a protective-abrasive-impact liner
for cementatious, wood and/or metal surfaces. XS-350 exhibits excellent high temperature
properties (up to 350°F).
