LINE-X Goes to the Depths of the Sea

-Just think of taking LINE-X to 800 feet deep for a couple of months at a time! Talk about going to the extreme. A section of the topside of a U.S. submarine was coated with LINE-X XS-350 in November 2000. After over fourteen months of service including several months under water, the traditional non-skid was chipping off but LINE-X didn't seem to even be affected. According to one Navy representative the LINE-X looked like it was brand new. Traditional non-skid normally requires replacement every 3 to 4 months so LINE-X is proving to be a cost effective replacement product. Additionally, LINE-X should have a MILSPEC (i.e. official approved for non-skid military applications) in the very near future. Look for more in the near future in the marine industry from LINE-X!
