For the last 13 years, LINE-X has consistently set the standard for
innovation and excellence in the protective coatings industry. Whether
protecting millions of pickup trucks and their owners by providing the only true
Nationwide, Lifetime Warranty in the industry, or developing cutting-edge
technologies with the Air Force Research Laboratories (AFRL) and U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers (USACE), LINE-X leads the industry.
LINE-X has been tested for defense-related applications (by AFRL and USACE)
for several years. It comes as no surprise that National Geographic's background
research for "Outsmarting Terror" lead them to the LINE-X doorstep.
The crew from "National Geographic Channel" (NGC) recently visited the
corporate offices of LINE-X Franchise Development Corporation (LFDC) in Santa
Ana, CA., to find out about the many LINE-X applications in use today in the War
On Terror.
LINE-X CEO, Scott Jewett, was quoted as saying, "we're proud to have
provided so many applications deployed around the world in the war against
terror. Our products have been applied to everything from the body armor worn by
our troops, to machine gun mounts on Humvees. We've even applied our products to
strategic locations, including the U.S. Pentagon in Washington, D.C. It's a good
feeling to know that our efforts actually help save lives."
Jewett went on to say, "LINE-X is continually developing new and
innovative applications for our family of products. We believe that the quality
and versatility of our product line can provide protection, minimize damage, and
increase survivability of natural disasters such as earthquakes and hurricanes.
The possibilities are limitless."
